Up when I should be sleeping...

Grrrr! I'm up with a bad headache. I should be asleep as I'm going into work earlier today because we leave this afternoon to pick up Christian from camp.
The week went by fast! I can't wait to see him! Here are some pictures from Sunday when we dropped him off!

we went camping wiyh some friends for 4th of July, good food, good friends, good times! we liked the campground so much we're going back labor day weekend with a bunch of friends!

NYC Digi Scrapbook

I recently took a trip to NYC for the first time. My girlfriends and I went to see the sights and visit with an old friend. I made this digital scrapbook album to send to my friend to remember our trip and thank her for letting us stay with her....

Indoor Skydiving....

Okay so this is not something i would normally do, but it was my BFF Trish's bday party, and I'm not one to pass up a photo op so........








I have to say it was a LOT of fun, I'm really glad I did it! =0)

so...for my friend Trisha's bday we went to a place called ifly. it is indoor skydiving. i wasnt planning on doing it but got talked into it. what can i say? i'm a sucker for a "photo opp"

Happy Mother's Day!!!

I still need to post pics from mother's day...I will do that later as I haven't uploaded the pictures yet. But the day went really well. I woke up to breakfast in bed. Then went back to sleep (I never do that but I was watching HGTV in bed and just dozed off). Then Alfred & Christian went to the nursery and bought lots of pretty flowers and planted them in all my flower pots in the front and back...it looks soo nice! My mom came over and then shortly after my sister and her family came over for dinner. We had my friend Peggy's recipe for salmon with mango salsa...it turned out perfect and was really yummy! Then lemon merangue for dessert.
It was the perfect mother's day!!!!!

Now it's time to get packing for my girls' trip to New York.....I'll post pics when I get back!!!

Happy Easter 2009!!!

This year we had a small get together at my mom's house for Easter. My sister and her family I think were in Tahoe, and my nephew was sick so my brother didn't come. We still had a nice dinner and time together. This year was the first year Alfred has ever gotten an easter basket (ever, in his life). I thought it would be cute to surprise him with one. =0)
