The store I like is called Stone Mountain and Daughters in Berkeley on Shattuck Ave. It has lots of Amy Butler fabric. It isn't toooo big though.
There is also Poppy Fabric in Oakland, which is considered more "fancy" and has a really good selection, but I kind of like the other one better.
